All facilities listed under the kind of room are included in room price. To see the facilities, simply click on the room name.
There is also an indication of what services can be added in the reserve in "Supplements". The "Supplements" of rooms usually have an associated cost. You can check if breakfast or other services are included in the tariff selected.
This information also will be included in your email confirmation and on My Account.

How do I know that my reservation is confirmed?
|
Once you have completed the booking process, you will see a confirmation page. This page shows you all your reservation data, including the reservation number and your access code, so you can access your online confirmation on My Account.
You will also receive an email confirmation with all the information of your booking and other useful information.

Can I cancel my reservation through C2STAY.COM?
|
Yes, you may cancel your reservation through My Account. Please remember to check the hotel's cancellation policy before making any cancellations. Some special offers may have different cancellation policies of the general cancellation rules of the hotel.

What is the Reservation Code (Access Code) and do I need it?
|
The reservation code is provided to you upon your reservation confirmation, which in combination with your reservation number, allows you to access My Account. In My Account you can view or cancel your reservation. Please keep your reservation code confidential. Guests have constant access to your client area in My Account where they can edit their data and take advantage of being a C2STAY.COM customer.

Where can I find the hotel address?
|
You can view the hotel address in the map page of the hotel selected. The address, the hotel contact and link to their map are included in the e-mail confirmation of your reservation.

Where can I find the phone number of the hotel or their e-mail?
|
All data from the hotel, including telephone and e-mail, are provided on the booking confirmation online, in the confirmation e-mail of your reservation and in My Account.

How can you find a rate of a hotel room?
|
After entering the dates of your stay, rates will be clearly mentioned just below the room name. To see all information about rooms and rates, click on them.

I am entering data from my credit card, when will I pay?
|
C2STAY.COM never make any charge on your credit card. The payment of your stay at the hotel is processed during or after your stay, unless the contrary is explicit in the the Hotel Policy Book or in the rate chosen. Those informations are contained in your e-mail confirmation.

The hotel requires a deposit or payment in advance?
|
Most hotels do not require pre-payment or deposit. If this is requested you will find information in the Reserve Policy, in the hotel page or in the details of the tariff. These informations will also be present after your reservation in your e-mail confirmation.

Can I make a reservation for today in C2STAY.COM?
|
Yes, it is possible! Please ensure that you enter all your information correctly, especially your credit card number, since we may not have sufficient time to contact you and amend any errors that may call into question your reservation.

I search for hotels by price?
|
Yes, but only after selecting a destination and the dates of your trip. Once you enter this information, will be shown you a list of available hotels. At the top of the page, you can view a tool to "Filter By" that includes the option to filter hotels by price, combined with specific types available.

How do I search for hotels with specific facilities such as indoor swimming pool?
|
After selecting your destination and the dates of your stay, will be shown you a list of available hotels. Then you will see the "advanced search", you must click on one of the categories. This allows you to filter hotels which offer specific facilities.

We have children, we can have extra beds / cots in the room?
|
You will find information on children and extra beds in the "Hotel Facilities" and also "Supplements" listed below the rooms.
Additional costs for children, if applicable, are not included in room price.
During the booking process online, please add extra beds or cots to your room. For such supplements, please click and select the number and types that you want. Click "Add", and they will appear in your reservation.
If you do not have this option available, we recommend you phone the hotel before your arrival date to ensure your request. Find information in your confirmation e-mail and in My Account.

Can I make a reservation without a credit card?
|
You need a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation with the hotel. However, you can make reservations with a credit card of another person, if you have permission. If this is the case, please mention the name of the holder of credit card and was granted permission to use, into the "Comments" box when making your reservation.

The hotel made a charge on my credit card. How should I proceed?
|
C2STAY.COM never charge your credit card. Please check the payment terms in your e-mail confirmation to make sure that is not part of the conditions of booking of the hotel. If you think there was an undue collection, please call the hotel directly.

Can I use a debit card to complete my reservation?
|
Generally, hotels do not accept debit cards to guarantee the reservation. However, there are exceptions. You can be sure of this possibility during the booking process.

What does pre-authorization?
|
The pre-authorization is a kind of credit check that hotels can use to make sure that there are sufficient funds in a credit card to cover part or all of the reservation costs.

Can I make a reservation for myself using the credit card of another person?
|
Yes, provided you have the permission holder's credit card. Please state this in the "Comments" box when making your reservation. The hotel may require the authorization of the cardholder. In case of no show or late cancellation, the cost of the penalties will be charged to the credit card provided.

Why do I need to provide my credit card?
|
C2STAY.COM only requires data from credit card to confirm your booking with the hotel on your behalf. We never charge your credit card. The hotel can check (pre-authorize) your credit card to make sure of available credit. After the inspection, the total amount is again available. The hotel only debits your credit card if you have ordered a fourth pre-paid or according to the cancellation policy.

The hotels accept different credit cards. You can check which credit cards accepted by each hotel at time of booking.

|
C2STAY.COM uses a secure connection for your reservation. Your personal information and credit card data are encrypted.

The credit card used to book is no longer valid. How should I proceed?

Please contact the hotel directly. The contact information can be found on e-mail confirmation and through My Account at C2STAY.COM. For safety reasons, never provide the data from your credit card by e-mail.
